For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply. Where the context requires, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the ZD999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
ZD999 operates a strict 18+ policy. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time. If a User is found to be below the minimum required age, their Account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited and any deposits will be returned at ZD999's sole discretion in compliance with applicable regulations.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the ZD999 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes.
ZD999 applies KYC verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. All Users will be required to complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. Verification may also be required at any point following registration at ZD999's sole discretion.

Document Security: Upload documents only through the Platform's official HTTPS-secured verification portal. Never submit sensitive documents via unsecured email or chat channels. Never alter, crop or falsify any document — doing so constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify ZD999 support immediately and change your password without delay.
You may use the ZD999 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment and informational purposes. All use of the Platform must be in strict compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
ZD999 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously or error-free. The Platform may be unavailable during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods. ZD999 accepts no liability for losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their device, browser and internet connection are suitable for accessing the Platform. ZD999 accepts no liability for any losses resulting from technical failures on the User's end, including connectivity issues, device malfunctions or browser incompatibilities.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ZD999 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. ZD999 does not confirm that access to the Platform is lawful in any particular location. Users in Pakistan should be aware of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable legislation before using the Platform.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. ZD999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are subject to change — please check the cashier section for current limits.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZD999's total liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of real money funds held in the User's Account at the time the claim arose.
ZD999 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, reputational damage or any other loss arising from:

ZD999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account at any time and without prior notice if ZD999 determines, in its sole discretion, that:

Prior to closure, any applicable KYC verification and outstanding wagering conditions must be satisfied. Any remaining real money balance will be returned via your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal terms and verification requirements.
Upon Account termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds will be forfeited on closure. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, 10 and 13 — will remain in full force.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute between a User and ZD999, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration body designated under the operator's applicable licensing framework.
Nothing in this clause limits a User's statutory rights under the applicable law of their own jurisdiction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication or notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
